ESG Communication Forum Seminar
In 2009, through seminars and reports compiled by specialists the ESG Communication Forum learned of a communication gap that existed between companies and financial institutions in regards to ESG communication. Based on these findings, the Forum presented what it believed to be an effective remedy for this issue in an seminar with the CFA Institute in 2010, and at the Strategies for Corporate Communication and Increasing Corporate Value seminar in 2011.
The program of the 2011 seminar involved discussions between specialists and representatives from corporations regarding recent overseas and domestic ESG trends and how ESG communication can be used to increase long-term corporate value. Also, the ESG Communication Forum released the Guideline of Guidelines Ver. 1.0 at this seminar.
